Did you know? Wisconsin has a Meat Hall of Fame

We were surprised to learn that Wisconsin has Meat Hall of Fame. It makes sense, but we were still surprised to learn about it. We stumbled across the website via a google search after reading this article about the recent passing of Meat Hall of Famer Russell Wenzel.
Wisconsin Meat Industry Hall of Fame members include: Patrick & Michael Cudahy, Oscar G. Mayer, Fred Usinger, Milton Peck, David Drummond, as well as John, George and Ronald Klement.
