Group raises $40K+ for dog park & Stevens Point council member cuts off 2 feet of his hair

Stevens Point council member Mike Wiza made on his pledge to cut the more than 2 feet of his hair if the Point Dog Park groups raised $40,000 for the facility. His cut hair will be donated to the Locks of Love program.
