41-year-old woman arrested after blow dart spree

A 41-year-old Plover woman was arrested and taken to jail after shooting four people with blow darts and breaking a pizza parlor window.
Paula Wolf shot the people with rocks using a blow gun while driving in her van. She told the arresting officer "she liked to hear people say ouch" when she hit them.
