Two Shawano teens have been charged in Shawano County Circuit Court with breaking into the Lumberyard Tavern in Bonduel earlier this month.
Kyle J. Rusch and Jacob M. Riopelle, both 18, are accused of burglarizing the tavern, which is owned by Riopelle's parents, on Dec. 9. The pair was identified on the tavern's video system, according to the criminal complaint. The complaint states two other male subjects were connected to the alleged crime and waited outside during the break-in. A safe, coins, cash and alcohol were stolen.
Both Rusch and Riopelle could face a maximum 12-1/2 years imprisonment and $25,000 fine if convicted.
