Vice President Joe Biden visited the Kopp's Frozen Custard store in Glendale with Russ Feingold. When the Vice President asked the store manager how much he owed for the custard, the manager told the VP "Don't worry, it's on the house...lower our taxes and we'll call it even."
620 WTMJ is reporting that Biden then said something like "You don't have to be a smartass." under his breath.
