Plover named as Tree City USA for 17th time

For the village of Plover, green space has continued to be a priority even as large commercial developments come to the area.
"The village has made a notable increase in (green space and landscaping) requirements over the years," said Richard Holden, community development administrator for the village. "It has really enhanced the newer developments."
